# What is CloutMegazord?

CloutMegazord is the first online tool for creating and managing DeSo accounts according to the following scheme: 1 account - several owners

Each of the owners has their own part of the DeSo account private key that, at the encryption level, CloutMegazord garnets consensus between co-owners during decision-making around account activities.
